Ten years in the making

What began as an ordinary meeting between two extraordinary people quietly became something neither of us had words for. Over ten years — through the desert heat of the Coachella Valley, through every season life could offer — we built something rare: a love that felt more like home than any place we had ever lived.

Gary proposed the way he does everything — with intention, with warmth, and with the kind of certainty that makes the people around him believe things are possible. Klint said yes. Of course he did.

We chose October 31st not for the occasion the calendar assigns it, but for what it has always meant to us — a night when the world allows itself to be a little more magical, a little more alive. It felt right.

Making the journey

Stone Brewing Bistro & Gardens is located in Escondido, approximately two hours west of the Coachella Valley. We recommend arriving the evening before and making a weekend of it.
